What I liked
My husband took me here following a severe allergic reaction. From arrival at the reception the staff were polite - they could see how unwell I was and told me to sit so that my husband could book me in. They saw me immediately, and as there was no wheelchair available the receptionist herself came and helped me walk to the treatment room. The two nurses who took care of me were polite, listened, and immediately recognised that I needed to go to Medway as I am pregnant and they were unable to provide the necessary care. They arranged an ambulance transfer following a turn for the worse, and I was only there for twenty minutes or so before they arrived to transfer me.
What could be improved
Nothing.
"Excellent."
