About: The Royal Liverpool University Hospital / Accident and emergency

(as a parent/guardian),

We attended and firstly saw a not so helpful triage nurse but when another nurse realised how ill my daughter was our treatment was fantastic. The nursing staff underwent attack and abuse but it never altered the brilliant treatment given. Caring, understanding, patient and kind. Second to none. Thank you so much you all deserve an award.
