We have been trying to get my 96 year old Gran reviews by the continence service for over two years, the GP has stated that they have made a referral, but we have heard nothing. We have tried to contact the District Nurses, but they never return our calls.
We were given a fluid balance chart to complete about two years ago, but how do you get s 96 year old to write down what they have had to drink and how much they pee?
This service to an elderly lady has been appalling.

Dear Family member/Carer, Please contact the surgery and the secretary/receptionist can chase the referral to the continence service for you. Unfortunately we have no control over how the district nurse and continence team work and feel the poor rating you have given Salters Meadow is perhaps inappropriate in this case. I have made the secretaries aware and they are awaiting your call.
