"Dedicated and supportive"

Our dad came out of hospital which had been a truly awful experience ! He came home needing palliative care and that's when this fantastic surgery swung into action, nothing was to much trouble no matter what time we rang one particular compassionate GP came to see Dad and support us through a very difficult time, they made sure we had the full weight of the NHS behind us which in turn made sure that dad stayed at home where he belonged with his beloved wife and girls something we all wanted, sadly he passed away but we cannot thank this surgery enough for the care and support they gave to us all, every single member of staff went the extra mile made time to listen to us and make sure we were all fully supported, so to all the staff, the district nurses who were amazing, the doctors who came to into dad no matter what and in particular one very compassionate extremely hard working GP who came on their way home and stayed till late always smiling no matter how busy they had been during the day this doctor became our rock to cling to and they saw us through it. Thank you two small words but spoken from our hearts we will never be able to repay the kindness shown to us all, in days where it's easy to bash GP's this really is a success story , this surgery is a beacon to which other surgeries should strive to follow We were given every service you could think dad received wonderful care it completely blew us away there are sad days to come we know but we are comforted by the fact that this surgery is truly amazing and will be there to help us through them.

Thank you every single one of you and in particular our very own GP we will never forget your kindness, your smile your ability to dry our tears and make us strong enough to face a difficult day/night for keeping dad out of pain and holding his hand bless you and thank you from our hearts.
