"Saltley Health Centre/ Honest Review"

This has been my health centre for 24years and I have never really had a problem with it. Organising an appointment around a working week can be awkward but like most things in life you make it work. Its understandable the reception team are under a lot of pressure and rushed off there feet most of the time, but they have always been friendly and helpful to me.

There is a lovely modern doctor who I always try and book in with it, the doctor is pleasant and very knowledgeable. The last appointment booked I waited 2weeks to be able to see my favourite doctor.

You tend to book for an appointment and get one the following week, so if it isn't anything to serious its not too bad, if it was serious it would be best to just get to a&e with the wait.

All round good surgery.
