"Wow told my time was up and needed to go !!!"

Having lived in the area full time for over 10years now, this morning I was totally shocked after practically being thrown out of the doctors.

After waiting nearly half an hour I got to see the doctor, after looking at the ear complaint I had, and repeating a prescription for me, I tried to ask the doctor about a lump I had found and a few questions regarding prostate cancer, at this point I was informed this was a five minute appointment and if I wanted to speak to a doctor make a proper appointment, which will generally take 3weeks if you are lucky !

Now I know the surgery is probably under growing pressure due to the growing numbers of people invading the area, but come on !!!

This is the first time I have ever had complaint at this surgery, and do hope it's s one off, not a slippery slope for what has always been a great surgery.
