"Genuinely a credit to the NHS!!!"

(as the patient),

I'm currently an inpatient in ward 5A due to a bad ear infection that's caused a skin infection. I just want to say the care and attention I'm receiving from the tea lady to the doctor really is outstanding, nothing is too much trouble despite me constantly complaining I'm sore. I can see how busy they all are but they are making sure I'm comfortable. I especially want to mention the doctor, Gary, who is currently dealing with me at the moment he is one of the best doctors I have ever met he listens and is trying to make me as comfortable as possible while understanding I have a young baby I need to get home to. I also want to mention the staff nurse on duty last night, Sarah, she was genuinely a credit to the NHS she was never away from me making sure I was pain free even though it was apparent she was busy. 

I want to reiterate all staff I have came across have been amazing but the doctor and that particular nurse have made my stay so far bearable.

Ouch, that sounds incredibly sore ands I am glad to hear the team kept your pain so well controlled. It is heart warming to hear that you were cared for so well in 5A by all the staff but I suspect that the attentiveness of Sarah and Gary helped to reassure you too.

I have passed this on to the team; they will be delighted to read your lovely words of gratitude.
