About: University Hospital Ayr / Ophthalmology

(as the patient),

I attend the eye clinic at ayr hospital every few months and have done so for many years. I find the staff the be very friendly and pleasant and always able to put you at ease if you are a bit anxious as I was when I first started attending.

I have my appointment with the main consultant, but if I have any problems between appointments staff are always helpful at resolving any issues.

I am pleased that staff take time to reassure our patients, despite the clinics being the busiest in the hospital, which is a real credit to the team.
