What I liked

The doctor I saw actually listened to me, he understood the background of my case and gave me clear advice. This was the first time I have been to a hospital in London where the doctor didn't simply want to rush me out of the room. He explained things exceedingly well and answered all my questions. I can not praise the service enough, when I consider my past experiences at other London hospitals. I left feeling I was on the right course, not only did I understand my condition better I knew the best ways to combat any symptoms.

What could be improved

The surrondings are a little worn out, but I wouldn't describe it as a horrible/uncomfortable environment.
