About: Forth Valley Royal Hospital / Ambulatory Care

(as the patient),

Had two lumps removed, one on the sternum and one on the back.   Kirsty collected me from the waiting room and put me at ease before we got to the room.   She did the procedure with Pamela to assist.   Bothe were excellent and created a calm and relaxed atmosphere and we chatted throughout.   Everything was explained clearly, both for what was to happen and also aftercare.

Thank you for taking the time to leave such lovely feedback which I have shared with our team. Hopefully this will reassure others who may be coming to our clinic.

We do our best to create a relaxed atmosphere as it can be an anxious time coming into hospital. I am pleased that you felt this was the case.
