After having 3 healthy boys born over the past 3 and a half years at Campbeltown Maternity unit we can't speak more highly of the midwifery team in Campbeltown and particularly our midwives, Helen and Isabel, for all 3 of the births.
The continuity provided has helped lead to a consistent and spectacular level of service where our family has felt nothing but at home.
The availability of the team during the first birth when everything was new gave a real feeling of security and comfort in very new waters.
We learned from each other and about each other and helped build an unbreakable trust which we believe contributed to 3 very healthy baby boys and 3 very smooth labours.
Campbeltown Maternity Unit have been at our beck and call and catered to any need we could possibly imagine during these growing times. From a wee text to check if everything is going well to tea and toast after the labour itself.
We want to thank the team for all there support and implore anyone in the area to not think twice about having your child locally.
