About: Boscombe Community Hospital

I have been seen twice at this clinic.

The person dealing with my problem was very professional and was easy to communicate with.

I felt that my concerns were addressed and are being dealt with.

I would recommend being seen at this clinic.

The staff are professional and friendly.

The only drawback is the waiting time.

Today I waited an hour before being seen, which is unacceptable.

I think patients are allocated 20 minutes which is too short a time when they very often have complex problems.

I am glad to hear you found the consultation helpful, but am sorry to hear about your waiting time. Unfortunately, the complex nature of some people’s problems does mean that our clinics can run over.

We are in the challenging position of balancing clinics running to time with ensuring that the needs of each patient are met.

I understand on this occasion the clinician felt it was important to meet the needs of the patients.
