My GP always provides prompt and sympathetic care. During this episode he contacted me by telephone regularly arranged several blood tests and saw me a number of times to make sure the infection was brought under control as quickly as possible to avoid complications.
He was reassuring but honest and kept me informed about my condition and progress and explained each treatment decision clearly. He always treats me as an intelligent adult and discusses treatment options clearly.
I have absolute trust in him and his expertise.
The other staff at the Cripps Health Centre are equally efficient, caring and helpful and always provide support and help.
I have been registered at this practice since 4th October 1972 and would never want to move because the care I have received as a teenager, adult, pregnant and then young mother, to now, a retired woman of 66 years has been exemplary and cannot be faulted atvany level.
I realise how very lucky my family and have even and continue to be in having access to the excellent services the Cripps Health Centre provides. I am delighted to have this opportunity to express my views about this practice and particularly my GP.
