My parents arrived at ARI for my Dads out patient appointment. He has cancer which is currently controlled. He finds it pretty difficult to drive 120 mile round trip in one day so they come in the day before in their motorhome so he doesn't get too tired driving. They usually park out on Westburn Road and pay for parking as the van is too big for the various car parks around the site. On the day of his last appointment, there was no space on Westburn Road. My parents started panicking as they were getting close to the appointment time. They approached the car parking attendant expecting to be turned away but the very pleasant attendant said they could help and radioed to his colleague and they arranged to cater for my parents motorhome. So the end result was my Dad immediately became calm and arrived in plenty time for his appointment. Thank you from a very appreciative daughter.
