I came to the service after suffering a mental breakdown and suffering from anxiety with depression which had resulted in me becoming acutely suicidal.
I had been blocking these feelings and depression for around a year by using alcohol as a coping measure.
As I am now being treated for depression with my doctor and the crisis team in Basingstoke, the ICP scheme was recommended as part of my treatment.
