About: Arnold Lodge Regional Secure Unit

The following comment is from a Patient in the womens service;

Being at Arnold Lodge is very different to any other unit I have been in. The ward staff and OT staff support me very well. It’s a nice atmosphere on the ward which makes me feel good about myself and the activities offered are pitched just right, they don’t take up all your time but are in manageable chunks, this stops the boredom. Boredom is the big issue. I like to be busy as it stops the thoughts going through my head. For the first time I honestly can see a future for myself, I’m not looking backwards at what happened before.’
