"Prescriptions"

About: Salford Health Matters

The fulfilling of repeat prescriptions by this surgery is becoming less and less reliable, especially since they stopped prescribing more than one months supply at a time. Why they can't prescribe for at least three months like they used to I don't know, especially when it is something that you have to take in order to be fit enough to work?? As for the 48 hr turn round...... that's a laugh.

I have nothing but praise for the pharmacy next door to the surgery, the pharmacy staff are always sympathetic and helpful, it's a pity the same can't be said for the surgery. I have been registered with this practice since it was located in the old Pendleton civic building opposite St Thomas's church and then the houses near Cromwell Roundabout, it has gone steadily down hill since it moved to the Willow Tree centre.

This current debacle with my prescription is the final straw.
