About: Limbrick Health Centre Sheffield IAPT

(as a service user),

I have been continuously failed by secondary mental health services. I have complex mental health having had depression and GAD for half my life.   My GPS have done what they can as far as I am aware.

I am currently on 2 antidepressants both at high doses.   The surgery has referred me to IAPT, CMHT and St Georges each of which I feel have treated me appallingly.     Being repeatedly told by my IAPT I am 'too complex'.  Having one meeting with a person who was not able to diagnose and definitely not doing a proper assessment. Not being assigned a care coordinator or named person. A basic care planned then being moved on from CMHT. They then ignoring crisis calls.   Not returning calls. Being  very unprofessional.  

Finally receiving CBT via iapt and  despite having ongoing suicidal ideation, self harm. Loosing time, increasing auditory disturbances just being dropped from any support.
