About: Royal Cornwall Hospital (Treliske) / Gynaecology

(as the patient),

I came onto Eden ward at 7am where I was kindly greeted by a HCA and student Nurse.

They explained what would happen and who I would be seeing prior to my operation.

Everyone I met from the HCA, Anaesthetist, Consultant, Theatre Staff, Recovery staff and staff on SAL where I spent the day until my discharge.

The staff in tower block theatre went above and beyond and even made a playlist for xx year olds as they didn't know what we listened to. Amazing!

I truly was put at ease by everyone and the whole experience was uplifting.
