"Incontinence"

About: Eddercliffe Centre

(as the patient),

I suffered quite badly from incidents of wetting myself when sneezing or coughing but after visiting Julia at Eddercliffe Health Centre and been given some pelvic floor exercises I'm now not exactly cured but certainly a whole lot better than I was. I'm now no longer fearful when I cough or sneeze of wetting myself and having to hide wet patches on my outer clothing (skirts/trousers) and can once again go about my day to day activities in a confident manner. All thanks to Julia Xxxx

Thank you so much for the feedback. Many people think that pelvic floor exercises aren't going to help improve problems with bladder leaks.

The truth is that many women's symptoms get better if they have their muscles assessed and if they are then given the most appropriate exercises.

Keep up the good work and the improvement should continue!
