(as a service user),

Amazing care, from the volunteers to trained staff. We were taken care of by everyone at a very sad time of our life. Louise and Tina were amazing- thank you all. It made the end so much easier with all your help and care.

Hello 'Lind'

Many thanks to you and your family for telling us via Care Opinion that you all felt very cared for when you spent time in the In-Patient Unit. We are sorry for your loss – I don’t know how long it has been since you and your family were here at the Hospice but we very much appreciate you taking the time to tell us that the whole team, including our wonderful volunteers, helped you at such a very sad time.

Thank you again for sharing your story and we send our condolences to you all.
