Having relocated to the area, we hadn’t yet registered with a GP when the baby developed a loud barking cough and raspy voice.
Upon calling this surgery, the lady on reception (Claire) made the process of registering and finding an appointment quick and stress free.
Oftentimes people can be slaves to process and bureaucracy but not Claire, she understood and took time and consideration to simplify things and reduce stress so that an appointment could be made.
GP (Dr Gupta) was equally kind and patient
