(as a service user),

The staff at Guernsey House are all kind and respectful. The only set back I have is the waiting times are a bit long sometimes. Apart from that all good. Thank you.

Thanks for taking the time to put your thought onto Patient Opinion. Its great to hear about your positive experience at Guernsey House but I apologise for the experience you have had of our waiting times.

We are very aware that sometimes patients wait long periods to see clinical staff and we have a number of strategies to try to improve this however we continue to need help from all our patients in attending their booked appointments (or rearranging if necessary) and wherever possible coming at the correct time.

We will continue to do our best to see people on time but know this will not always be possible due to unpredictable and difficult circumstances our patients sometimes find themselves in. We try to be flexible and meet need as it arises which is sometimes responsible for delays.
