About: Royal Alexandra Hospital / Accident & Emergency

(as a service user),

Attended A E with my husband at 22: 40 one Saturday night following him experiencing palpitations following medication change. Seen by triage nurse within 20 minutes and called through to be reviewed by 00: 35. Full MOT given. All staff performing at highest level, all very friendly, professional and approachable. I cannot fault the service in particular praise to Dr Sally who explained treatment plan and provided frequent updates and time scales for results. Keep up the good work!
