Been using a CPAP for quite some years now, and every visit, staff at Leicester have been very rude.
Don't even think of asking a question or asking for adviceThe department don't answer the telephone if I need advice.they provide a drop-in service of which I can wait 2 hours and not be seen. (waste of time)I would make a formal complaint if I thought it would make any difference.
