No alternative contact for disabled people; unable to use phones so no equal access. It's phone contact or nothing on the letter.
Stated they had sent me a letter asking me to ring them to make an appointment but this was not received anyway.
Online site asks you to fill in a survey and there is no survey on the page.
Advertising, "Are you in shape?" takes up a lot of page and ink. Its common knowledge. More suitable for a gym.
Personally found it insulting to people with health conditions that prevent them from being able to be in "shape", chronically ill or disabled people, to have this largely displayed when they are the higher group more likely to be needing to be referred in the first place and cannot "move more or eat well"
