"amazing care & treatment"

I feel I have to put ‘pen to paper’ - so to speak with regards to the amazing care & treatment that my mum has received at Grantham hospital.

After spending 10 weeks last summer in Nottingham Hospital & then being transferred to Grantham for a further 3 weeks she was dealt with by Rachel (Colorectal nurse) who was truly outstanding. The level of care, compassion & understanding that she received from Rachel has been nothing other than exceptional. I have to say Rachel has gone above & beyond to help look after mum, including aftercare.

People are often to quick to complain about the NHS (I have never had a problem in all my years!) so when somebody like Rachel does come along I feel that it’s only appropriate to show our appreciation of such dedication to the powers that be. She certainly is a credit to the NHS & will be forever great full that she was around to help us at a very difficult time.
