"Cancelled Appointment"

About: Crosshouse Hospital / Day Surgery Crosshouse Hospital Day Surgery KA2 0BE

I was due to go into Crosshouse Hospital Day surgery at 1300hr injection into my hip for a hip replacement diagnosis. The appointment was cancelled at 0930hrs. I know it was the holidays but still not heard back from Crosshouse hospital.

How disappointing, you possibly had yourself geared up for it and now feel let down and a bit 'at sea'. I am sorry your appointment was cancelled and that you still don't know when your replacement appointment is. I wonder if I can help.
