I want to talk a little bit about how i have found being on the ward.

I was transferred to Forest Close from a different ward. I was unsure about the move as  I did not feel I had any say in where I moved to. However, since I arrived here I have found it a supportive place. The staff are helpful and caring. I can talk about my problems openly and I trust the staff.

Thank you for this positive feedback. The senior team are always looking for ways to get more feedback from service users to enable us to develop the service collaboratively.

It would be really good to understand why you felt you did not have any say in where you moved to - perhaps it might be helpful for you to speak with your Named Nurse.

We will share this feedback with the rest of the team and in our Governance meetings.
