My mother-in-law was admitted to Haywoud house last week from D58 (QMC) from the moment she arrived she was treated with such dignity and compassion by all the staff. My family were never turned away at any time of day or night when we visited. When it was time to say our goodbyes we we're all treated tremendously by such caring staff. This is such a amazing place to allow for pallative care away from the hussel of a ward environment. 

As a member of staff at QMC it makes me proud to belong to such a caring and professional team thank you so much for all the hard work you do not only for the patients but for the families as well.
