"Meh!"

Sometimes the doctors and nurses can be fantastic and a pleasure to deal with 💕

But today as per usual the receptionists are useless, ring to seek an appointment as have been getting chest pains and would like to discuss it with the doctors and see about getting tests done to be told by the receptionist that I should go to a & e because the doctors aren't equiped to deal with that......

I mean really? They go to medical school to what? Play Tic tac toe! I know for a fact they can see me and can refer me over to the right people because I have family members at the same surgery who get medical treatment for serious heart conditions, can your receptionist ever learn to just do their job and book you an appointment! Rather than trying to tell you what to do & where to go!

Unfortunate because it was actually starting to look up, your doctors and nurses so far do their job great your biggest downfall is your receptionists.

Think I will be changing my doctors surgery though because on the rare occasion I actually try to see a doctor I get told to wait in a & e for hours rather than see a medically trained doctor in the next 20 minutes.

Personally I wouldn't recommend your doctors surgery because by the time you get through and deal with the receptionists your more stressed and don't even want to see one by the end of it, no wonder your constantly having appointments missed, patients go through all that agro then decide not to bother but don't want to ring back and deal with them again.
