I received care on Christmas Day for appendicitis. The care I received was excellent and the staff were so helpful and friendly. The surgeon kept me well informed on what was happening.

The only thing I could slightly complain about was the cleanliness of the toilet. But other than that my stay was comfortable, I was well looked after and I am now on the mend. 😊

I am so sorry you had to be in hospital on Christmas Day of all days, I am pleased to hear that the care was excellent and that our staff were friendly and helpful and you were kept well informed.

Im sorry to hear about the cleanliness of the toilet, this isn't the standard we would expect and I will be sure to pass your feedback onto the relevant team.

Glad to hear you are on the mend and I hope you managed to enjoy at least some of the holidays.
