About: East Of England Ambulance Service NHS Trust Ipswich Hospital / Accident and emergency

(as the patient),

Last week around 8pm my wife had high bpm (131) after calling 111 they sent paramedics around who performed prelimary tests and decided to take her to Ipswich A&E where she was given more tests and treated with a high dose of antibiotics. The service by everyone was first class, friendly and exceptional at a very busy time for the staff. We are both very grateful and proud of the NHS and it’s committed staff.
