The GP services here are excellent and the doctors are brilliant.

My only wriggle room for improvement comment is that it’s soo difficult to get a planned appointment! In a timely way .

The system of phoning (competively) ifrom 8. 30 doesn’t suit all . I start work at 8am or 8.30 am and cannot always use this system of Trying to get an appointment especially if I do get an appointment I cannot move work commitments at short notice .

Today I was able to use this system and it was great .

I then had to book a planned appointment for my student daughter who was offered an appointment in. 14 days .

That said .. I cannot praise the surgery enough for their patient services aptitude and professionalism.

One receptionist in particular stands out she is so good and goes the extra mile ...the other reception staff are very good as well .

We have recently taken on another GP and now have 4 doctors at the practice which we hope will give patients more options for booking appointments.

I will discuss with the doctors if we can alter the morning surgeries in any way to meet the needs of patients who work.
