(as a carer),

I attene, d in november, and before entering the building my husband was badly bitten on the hand by a dog the assistance we received from the receptionist claire was wonderful, she attended to my husband hand and got me a coffee, none of which she had to do, a wonderful staff member so any thanks

I am sorry to hear about what happened to your husband, I hope he has made a full recovery following his ordeal and that he wasn't too badly injured.

I am delighted to read that Claire was helpful, caring and compassionate in the event of the incident not to mention a trained first aider. I will pass on your thanks to Claire who is always highly professional and inherently empathetic.
