"Friendly/Helpful Staff"

About: Ipswich Hospital

(as a parent/guardian),

Today I had to attend a number of clinics with my 5 year old son at Ipswich Hospital.

This involved a clinic on the North side of the hospital followed by a further 2 clinics down on the South.

On 2 separate occasions where I had stopped to try read the signs, within 30 seconds a friendly member of staff asked on each occasion if they could help and directed us to where we needed to go.

I can't praise their professionalism enough and it made the visit today very smooth.

Many thanks for your kind words, it is easy to get lost around the Hospital especially if you have to find your way from one end to the other! It is great to hear that members of staff guided in the right direction so you were able to locate the clinics for your sons appointments. Thanks you
