"Disappointed with aGP"

About: Bursledon Surgery

I've been with this surgery for a year. The experienced I have had have been disappointing. The GP I saw has no beside manor. They even told me "you need to find out what's wrong with you, I can't help". How can a quilified doctor not want to help and find out the course and treatment.

Ite a shame that the GPS aren't as good as I'm impressed with the reception team.

I am sorry you felt this way about one of our GP's at the surgery.

The GP you refer to has a very good track record with patients but sometimes people can misunderstand the way they can come across. I am sorry if they made you feel as if they didn't want to help, it was merely them trying to ascertain the problem and what kind of help you wanted.

It is lovely to hear you are impressed with our Reception team, they work very hard to ensure that all patients have as positive an experience as possible.
