"Awful"

I was referred by my GP, to dermatology, and was given a time a date printed from the booking systems. I went to my appointment and had to wait nearly 2 hours to be then told my appointment was cancelled. I was shocked as to my I had to wait so long to be told this. The receptionist was so rude and abrupt. I was told nothing about why my appointment was cancelled. I was just told to leave. It was an awful experience. I felt that the service has no respect for you and I am concerned about how they would treat vulnerable people.
