About: Small Heath Medical Practice

I have been here since Dr closed his practice on Green Lane.

While a previous Dr was there, it was an excellent practice in all respects, but since he has retired, the place has gone down in quality.

the receptionists try to be helpful, but the GPs do not inspire me to accept things they want me to do.

there have been problems of promises to nag me if I did not do what one of the nurses said, and I wish to God that the previous Dr was around, as he was the sort of doctor that I would do what he suggested as I trusted him, but I don't trust any of the GPs now here and the one I did find worthy of trust, her name is no longer on the staff list.

such a pity.

Dear Patient, I am really sorry to hear you have lost confidence in the GP's in the practice. It is difficult sometimes to get used to new Doctors and new ways of working. Our practice has 4 new Doctors now to provide a mixture of appointments and times for patients,and from patient feedback these seem to be working.

We are constantly seeking opinions from patients via the Patient Participation Group that meet quarterly. We would really value your opinon as you have been with the practice a long time,to help us improve the service we provide.

Please contact Tracey the Practice Manager who will help you join the group. Alternatively contact any member of staff with comments or suggestions.
