"An outstanding practice"

I have been a patient at this practice for over four years since I started my undergraduate degree. Throughout my time in Nottingham I have had various ongoing health problems requiring the input of the GP practice, as well as referral to specialists and Cripps Health Centre have been fantastic throughout. It is usually easy to get repeat appointments with the same GP to allow continuity of care. Additionally, it is always possible during their opening hours for me to seek telephone advice or a same day appointment when I have urgent health concerns, for which I am extremely grateful as it has helped me avoid attendance in A&E on occasion. All the doctors I have seen are incredibly patient and take the time to listen to my concerns, helping me to feel in control of my own health as much as possible. In contrast to some of the other reviewers I have nothing but praise for the reception and admin staff - they are always polite and courteous on the phone, and friendly when I visit the reception desk; it's always a pleasure to talk to them! I feel extremely lucky to be a patient here!
