What I liked
I made two visits with my wife and on both occasions people were standing on the steps at the St.
Peters Road entrance smoking cigarettes whilst leaning against the no smoking sign. I pointed out the signs and received non committal replies. Inside I complained. to the receptionist who told me that there was nothing she could do !
I find this appalling bad management on two counts : 1. That this is allowed to happen. And 2. that there appears to be no procedure to deal with It.
The same day as we entered the lift down to X-ray dept. a patient in pyjamas entered the lift rolling a cigarette and left with it in his mouth lightening it as he crossed the corridor into the garden opposite. This proves the lack of adequate preventive measures
What could be improved
Improve security
Anything else?
Absolutely disgusting
"Poor,we both have breathing difficulties and this..."
