"Still not heard back"

About: Six Degrees IAPT

(as a service user),

Went in with depression and anxiety, the person who was supposed to help referred me to social services. My Dr says they were wrong.

I made a complaint, still not heard back from them 2 weeks later now my depression and anxiety has doubled and my trust in counselling is gone. Worse group. Confidentiality seems to mean nothing to them.

Someone was supposed to ring me back months ago. When people are down, depressed and suffering anxiety you don't break trust. Social worker phoned me, no need to carry on they say. My trust in counselling has been lost. If you actually read my referral, I cant ring people. I just hope people take notice of this, I'm far far far worse off now.
