"Difficulty getting to the Willows"

My sister has had the same problem as a previous poster with difficulty getting to the Willows.

She has had to get a taxi up there as there is no bus that gets there in time for her appointment and is going to have to wait an hour for her bus back.

She contacted PALS for help with this - they took several days to get back to her and said she should co-ordinate her appointment times with bus times. She e-mailed back saying this was not possible as appointment times were sent out and you were not given a choice of time. No-one has even bothered replying to her e-mail.

I suppose this is a good way of saving money - patients can't get to the Willows for appointments = fewer patients. Also cuts waiting lists. Good for the trust but not good for the patients who are being left with no service.
