About: Glasgow Royal Infirmary / General Medicine (Wards 3, 4, 5 &46)

(as a relative),

I would like to compliment the excellent care a relative received at GRI this week, when he was referred by his GP to AAU at GRI. The nursing and medical teams were very welcoming , supportive and efficient, providing clear explanation of what was happening and why. Fortunately my relative was able to be discharged and the Surgical Nurse Practitioner who discharged him was excellent providing the prescribed medication and checking arrangements for follow up  were in place. 

Many thanks to the AAU team a great example of excellence in health care.
