Dear Jen1

Thank-you for taking the time to provide this kind feedback. It sounds like you were very unwell but I'm delighted to hear that you're feeling better and were happy with the service you received in our emergency department. We'll share this with the staff in the department as it always give them a boost to see a positive story where someone is happy with the care they received.

Wishing you well for any ongoing recovery you have.

Regards

Fraser

Dear Jen1,

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback on CareOpinion. I am sorry that you had the need to use the 999 system but am very pleased to read that you are ok. It sounds like you had a very dire and scary event happen and that fact that you have been left with such a positive impression of our staff and those within our partner NHS boards speaks volumes about those who attended to your needs.

If you would like me to make efforts to pass this on to the staff that attended you can email me at alan.martin2@nhs.net. I would require details of the job to allow me to locate it and the staff that were there, specifically the date, time and address that the ambulance attended. If you would like this to happen would you mind referencing your CareOpinion username in the email also as that would be most helpful.

I do hope that you are on the road to a full recovery and have a wonderful Christmas.

Kind Regards

Alan
