"Hugely regretted joining this surgery!"

I have had a terrible experience with this surgery since I joined them, it would be impossible to book appointments and even if I managed to do so, the results of my appointment were either pointless or going round in circles. The GP had told me I couldn't have my tonsils removed ( I get tonsillitis every month ) and that I should continue taking antibiotics. I had said I don't want to keep being put on antibiotics and there must be alternatives such as having them removed. I recently went hospital for other reasons and the Doctor had told me if you get tonsillitis a captain amount of times a year then you're eligible to have them removed. I am disappointed my GP had failed to mention this to be knowing the pain I was going through each month.
