"Very bad service"

About: Worthing Hospital

(as the patient),

I was admitted on Monday to West Worthing Hospital. Boy o boy what bad service, from poor nursing care to no MDT communication. My linen was not changed or asked if they can change the linen, blood stained. I wanted to know when I would be discharged since my DR discharged me last night, the HCA said O I don't know I just work hear. Food presentation was very bad, I know it's not a Hotel but he'll we don't feel well at least can the food presentation be tasteful not just slammed on the plate. Coffee/tea some didn't even bother to use a saucer and when they did its was filled with the overspill. I have a drain insitu after major surgery, no one come to offer washing assistance. My regular chronic medication wasn't given to me,

it took Drs many years to get my condition controlled only to be told o the DR said that you can't have it because not might have low blood pressure indications. I have been taking my medication daily for 15 years and never had any blood pressure issues, and yes when they took my vital signs my blood pressure was way above the normal parameters, as a nurse myself I would know after 23 years experience,  had major surgery at another Hospital last week and they had no issues giving me my meds, even on the day after surgery when you would think yes maybe it could be risky but it wasn't a problem. I have never experience such bad patient care. I have been recently diagnosed with cancer and are very concerned about how I will be treated by this trust. How do I as a patient with no confidence in the Hospital care go forward knowing that this is what I'm facing. Where do I turn if I can't afford to go private.
