"NHS service at the worst"

About: Ealing Hospital / Accident and emergency

Brought my mother in A&E found who is 90 and found the whole experience quite surreal as no compassion by staff or doctors or nurces for an elderly person.Signs say dignity but afraid the administration and hospital has lost the human touch .Actually lost for words in explaining this sad situation for a once world renowned health service.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am sorry to hear of this. A little compassion certainly does go a long way.

If you would like us to follow this up on your behalf, please contact the PALS team on 0208 869 5118 or LNWH-tr.PALS@nhs.net. In the meantime I have passed your feedback on to the Emergency Department who will be sad to hear it.

Kind regards,

Anjali Patel

Patient Experience Manager
