Complaints relating to maternity ward

Disappointed with how they have treated me and my partner on the day I had my baby girl and the following days after having my baby: the staff did not read my records about my partners mental illnesses and they didn’t treat him very fairly they was very disrespectful to him and banned him from the ward the day his daughter was born and said that he is never aloud back into the ward to see his daughter while we are in hear they have no respect for him or me as they was useing big wards to him and he wasn’t understanding them he was asking if they could put it into simple terms so he could understand as he has bi pola, skitafrenia, MPD, manic depression, anxiety and really bad panic attacks but they carried on and in the end he started to get really uncomfortable with the fact that they wasn’t listening to him is anxiety started and he was trying to go out for a cigarette to claim down but they was not allowing him to go so then his MPD started then he started to panic and he whent on a meltdown but they wasn’t listening to him or me in the end they called sercuaty on him to remove him for something he did not do and with me they have set my mental health sky high as I have manic depression, anxiety and have panic attacks I asked them to put me in a room on my own with my baby or by a window they didn’t except my wishes they said that the side rooms was for special care for people and that my baby would get cold in a cubicle by the windows. They have little respect for me they left me for two days on bloody bed pads and I could go outside for more the 10 minutes but I tried explaining that my anxiety was playing up and that’s the only way I could control it. I am very very discused and very disappointed with how your hospital is run and how they treat patients and how they don’t respect there mental health state of mind. Now my partner has not bonded with his own daughter and when she was born was meant to be really happy for both of us but we was not happy at all we will never have a happy memory about her birth.
