I attended the Liverpool Dental Hospital for some treatment and was made to feel uncomfortable. The dentist I saw seemed to be very inexperienced and took a long time to do a basic procedure (including 5 very painful attempts at administering anaesthetic). There was no apology or explanation of what was happening or why it wasn't working. I felt like a guinea pig rather than a person. Staff chatted between themselves and it did not feel like a very professional environment.
